All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We may refuse or cancel any order due to suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or other reasons.
Prices are listed in INR unless stated otherwise. Payments must be completed at checkout through approved payment partners.
6. Shipping and delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances. SEREL is not liable for delays caused by logistics partners, natural events, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the provided address.
7. Returns, exchanges and refunds
Returns or exchanges are accepted only under the conditions stated on our Returns Policy page. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within the stated timeline.
SEREL reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet our criteria.
8. Intellectual property
All SEREL designs, photographs, logos, product names, and website content are protected by Indian copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy or reproduce our clothing designs, use our photos or branding without permission, or sell or redistribute SEREL content for commercial use.
Legal action may be taken for infringement.
9. User accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and notifying us of any unauthorised activity.
We may close accounts that violate these terms.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEREL is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; losses resulting from website downtime, technical errors, or courier delays; or misuse of our products.
Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for your order.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold SEREL harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from misuse of our website or products, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
